Preparing for your Appointment 

Having access to your email upon check-in is highly recommended. 

Take note of whether any of your prescriptions need a refill.

Be prepared to inform the doctor of your single preferred pharmacy.

Bring your medications with you to the appointment

If you use a hearing aid and glasses, please bring them to your appointment. 

If you have any pictures on your phone you want to show them to your doctor, please have them readily accessible.

If you plan to look up something related to your visit on your phone, the cellular data signal may not be strong enough for certain carriers at our facility.

Please note that unfortunately, we do not have public Wifi available at the clinic.
