Using automated online contact forms, we plan to implement the following online services and e-requests. Our goal is to gradually roll out additional patient self-serve options, such as expanding the types of online appointment bookings and introducing Ocean Health Messenger along with patient-initiated secure messaging, as outlined below.
The average response time for these requests is 3-5 business days.

Request a Referral for a Pap test by a female practitioner
